Formally Recognized

"Practice makes perfect." That timeless adage couldn't have been more accurate as the foundation wrapped up a historic fifth annual trip. This milestone journey bridged generations of ballplayers, successfully reaching both the youngest kids playing in inner-city neighborhoods and older prospects refining their skills at elite academies. The team delivered premium, highly coveted gear—including bats, cleats, and sunglasses. To cap off an unforgettable half-decade of service, the foundation received formal recognition from the Dominican Republic travel authority, cementing Home2First’s transition from a passionate grassroots project to being internationally respected.

Special Thanks to Jorge Minyety, Samuel Aquino, Tito Vasquez, and Reynaldo J for their invaluable on-the-ground leadership, helping the team navigate the logistics to make this anniversary trip our most impactful yet!
